Suggested Self Care ritual: Turn your everyday tea (or any drink of choice) into a ritual or ceremony. Choose beautiful, extravagant vessels to brew and taste in. Bless the water or the herbs or the teabag. Perhaps boil the water on the hob; slowly and reverently. Light a candle, burn incense and play music for five minutes as you enjoy your drink and process your thoughts. You may like to journal every day and notice what comes through for you.
