Suggested self care ritual: Create a vision board so that it can help you envision your life into being. Think of it like a visual map; a vision of where you want to go. What do you want? What do you need? What do you need to create movement? Is there anything in the way? Are you yourself in the way? When thinking of the feelings, be sure to choose single emotion words like free, open, joy, etc.
