CREATING EMOTIONAL SAFETY

It is increasingly important to create safety within ourselves, particularly as the outer structures feel unsafe.

One of the ways we can do this is by changing our response to emotional stimulus. If we constantly come from a place of fear we will activate our sympathetic nervous systems & feel like we are literally under attack.

The body responds by rallying a self attack. This can be the basis of autoimmune problems, infertility (particularly repeat failed IVF), or failure to conceive following baby loss or miscarriage.
